Assisted Living is all about the world of celebrities - as seen through the eyes of their assistants.

The show is so absurdly funny and smart! We LOVE it!

Things got messy between Lindsay Lohan and her now former best friend on Monday!

The hard-pAArtying actress accused Patrick "Pooty" Aufdenkamp of stealing from her.

And, now, in an exclusive statement to PerezHilton.com, Patrick is calling bullshit and tells us that Lindsay is lying.

Says Aufdenkamp:

"I stand by my integrity as an artist and my morals as a business person. I would like to see any shred of evidence that supports those ridiculous allegations, there is no evidence and there will be nothing Lindsay or her company can find to show otherwise. I'm way too creative of an individual to need to steal anything design-related from that girl. She knows how much my new line means to me and has seen first hand all the HARD and HONEST work I have put into bringing it to life. The fact that she is trying to take that away from me with a guilt free conscious and can still sleep at night, is in essence, (for those of you who may not already know) exactly what kind of person she is right now. Throughout our entire friendship I have always respected her, her privacy, and wanted nothing but the best. It breaks my heart to see someone I once looked up to, turned to, and considered a sister, stoop to a new kind of low. Just because her career is stuck at a stand still, mine is just taking off. I could not be more thankful for the place I am in today. And am far too creative to need or want these designs of "her's" that simply don't exist. I give credit when it is due and my line that is about to come out next month is 100 percent, my own. I think she should start off this year by addressing the REAL issues that face her life first…
From the bottom of my heart, I wish her nothing but a happy & healthy 2010.
(I am relieved to say I have finally made it home SAFE, and am exhausted, overwhelmed and drained from everything that I have endured on this trip, one day soon this will all make sense to you, but right now that's all I can say)

One of our all-time favorite singers has dropped her new single, which also so happens to be a featured song on the all-star Valentine's Day film.

Jewel's Stay Here Forever finds the Alaska native doing what she does best - singing pretty songs with pretty melodies in that gifted from God voice of hers. And, even though this is supposed to be a "country" record, we wouldn't be surprised to hear this on pop radio as well!

Twilight actress Ashley Greene is getting busy with Gossip Girl actor Sebastian Stan…for a price!

The duo are set to star alongside one another in the a new horror flick The Apparition. The film is about a young couple haunted by a supernatural being and is inspired by true events.

Yoko Ono has announced that she will be writing her autobiography about her life with John Lennon over the next five years. Yoko has previously said that she wouldn't write such a book to protect the families involved including John's ex-wife Cynthia Lennon.

But money talks!

Yoko was blamed by many Beatles' fans as the reason for their break-up and now she will reveal her side story in the memoir. A Beatles expert explains:

"Unlike Cynthia, Yoko has never really told her side of the Beatles story and the truth about her affair and subsequent marriage to John, so the book will be much awaited. She's always maintained she never broke up The Beatles, so this will be her chance to put the record straight."

Katy Perry and Russell Brand rang in the New Year in India and reportedly got their relationship blessed by a guru just before midnight on New Year's Eve.

Donning traditional Indian outfits, they were blessed with "luck and divine happiness."

A source reveals:

"Russell wanted to do something special for Katy to show her how much she means to him. They wanted to take part in a traditional ceremony and thought there was no better time that on New Year's eve. The ceremony is usually used to bless new couples in the hope that it might lead them toward marriage."

How often do you get to do something like that?

Why would you take diet advice from her anyway when it's pretty obvious she's always been naturally thin?!

Megan Fox and Fergie have been named two of the worst offenders when it comes to celebrities dishing out false diet secrets with vinegar being their method of choice. Megan Fox recently said:

"It just cleanses out your system entirely. It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast. I'm not one for dieting or exercising, ’cause I'm lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while ’cause of the amount of sugar I take in."

But experts say that theory is BS! Dietitian Lucy Jones explains:

"As attractive as it sounds, there is no magic pill, lotion or potion for a quick fix to weight loss. The body, including the liver, is a well-oiled detoxing machine, which will not be improved by vinegar, whether it be organic, apple cider, unfiltered, or your bog-standard malt vinegar."

Looks like watching your caloric intake and getting your ass to the gym is the best and healthiest way to get the body you want!

Dropping the f-bomb on CNN is no way to make friends, but Kathy Griffin doesn't give a shiz! As a result, she will not be asked back to ring in 2011.

"She was a total embarrassment to the network that calls themselves 'The Most Trusted Name in News.' Even Anderson Cooper thinks it's time to say goodbye to Kathy," said a CNN insider.

We're sure her comments about needing a "bump" of cocaine and asking the Silver Fox about his masturbatory habits would be excused if the ratings were decent. The show fell way behind Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

"No decisions have been made yet regarding next year's show," said CNN publicist Shimrit Sheetrit.

According to reports, John Edwards' wife is insisting he pay his whore of a former mistress child support for his bastard child, 2-year-old Frances.

Seems Elizabeth is OK with Edwards paying out $18,000 a month in child support if it means they'll avoid a nasty court battle.

Really?!? With all the shame he's already brought onto you, a court case might not reveal anything worse.

What's more is that Elizabeth actually wants to meet his love child with Rielle Hunter.

According to an inside source:

“Elizabeth feels that above all else, John and Rielle need to put their differences aside. As much as she hates that John has a second family, she can't stand the idea of Rielle going public with their dirty laundry in court.

She instructed John to have his lawyers call Rielle's people and say they're giving her what she wants. She's also going to meet Rielle's little girl face to face over the next few weeks.”

The source goes on to reveal that:

“Despite her anger at Rielle, who she's painted as a stalker and a homewrecker, Elizabeth knows Frances didn't bring any of this about. Elizabeth sometimes breaks down in tears when she talks about Frances.

Once she said, ‘She needs a daddy. ALL children need their father.'”

Ok, but what 2-year-old needs $18,000 a month to live comfortably?

Though the star witness remains comfortably locked up in his Swiss Chalet, a hearing in Roman Polanski's decades old pedophile case will take place this Wednesday.

Court officials describe the hearing only as a status conference, but also announced that the case could conclude if Polanski's attorney agrees to reaching a sentence without Roman being present or if he reverses his resistance to being extradited to the United States.

Gee, we wonder which option the attorney is going to take!

It's nice to see that the judicial system is finally making a move with this thing! Let's get this creep out of his chalet and into some shackles!

"The track will coincide with her arena tour, with the possibility that Robbie could appear on stage. There is a deal in the works that will bring more 3D entertainment to fanatics in the year 2011.

And it is coming straight to your living room!

An inside source reveals that Discovery Communications, Sony and Imax are looking to launch a 24-hour 3D television network. This comes on the heels of ESPN's announcement that they too will be offering a new 3D channel to showcase major sporting events like the World Cup. The difference is that once an event is over, ESPN 3D will go dark, where as Discovery/Sony/Imax's 3D baby will be continuous, in your face programming all day long.

We have two words for you: Shark Week.

How sad!

Emma Bunton had a tragic Christmas holiday after receiving a phone call that her longtime boyfriend Jade Jones' father passed away from a heart attack on Christmas Day.

Jade's father collapsed while celebrating Christmas with family and friends in Jamaica, where he is from.

A family friend says Emma's boyfriend is said to be 'inconsolable' and they're both 'devastated and shell-shocked'.

Our thoughts go out to Emma and Jade as well as their families during this difficult time.
